A combination of Swedish technique and Shiatsu Massage (Japanese finger pressure technique). It works on the tsubos (pressure points)and on the meridians (energy flow lines) to release tension and encourage the bodily energies to move fluidly along the prescribed pathways. Swedish is a full hand flowing technique which works primarily the muscle groups. Therapeutic, healthful and relaxing massage with warm oil.

A Talk & Touch Technique for those who need an opportunity to release (emotions)
which get stuck in the physical body and want a gentler approach than the Emotional
Release Work. The emphasis here is on healing the body by isolating the points of
pain and regressing to the core events which created the original pain. By processing
the event, perhaps role playing and expression we can allow that energy to release it's
hold on the physical body, through massage.

THE TRUST JOURNEY

For me, the idea of "letting go, letting go, letting go" is a major key on the path of conscious growth. In all pursuits, "letting go" of goals and attachments is synonomous with growth and unpeeling the onion of awareness. With Goddess Ariel and her Sacred Spot Work, I have had the opportunity to put myself into that place of confronting my own fear, humiliation, and pain and then watch myself come out the other side of the experience as a freshly empowered being with my own personal experience of "letting go" allowing my transformation into a place of newly discovered blissful awareness.
