A combination of Swedish technique and Shiatsu Massage (Japanese finger pressure technique). It works on the tsubos (pressure points)and on the meridians (energy flow lines) to release tension and encourage the bodily energies to move fluidly along the prescribed pathways. Swedish is a full hand flowing technique which works primarily the muscle groups. Therapeutic, healthful and relaxing massage with warm oil.

for
one person. The progression of levels of massage will gently open you

Day One: Your arrival is a
happy
occasion, breathe deeply of the clean fresh air. Ariel will meet you
with
a warm and open hug. After a stop at the food market (Your choice of
Whole
Foods, United, Mollie Stones, or Safeway) for your favorite healthy
foods,
you arrive at The Temple Home or your
choice
of a local hotel. Perhaps lunch or a nap is a good way to begin. Later
an Introduction to
Gemstone Therapy
and a Gemstone
prescription will
give you a far greater appreciation of the mineral helpers. After such
a long trip you deserve a wonderful Therapeutic
Massage to help you relax and get
"grounded"
in this healing atmosphere.
Day Two: Awaken as late or early as you please. We are on NO time schedule here in paradise. Your "homework" is to "relax, meditate and breathe". You begin to feel lighter already. Today you will be treated to a Goddess Bath*. As in the ancient Healing Temples you are cleansed and purified in water imbued with aromatic oils, salts, gels and bubbles. Llistening to music that touches your soul, while sipping a glass of delicious Goddess nectar, you are scrubbed, rubbed and bathed in bliss..
Day Three: Later in the day (or anytime you feel the desire) you may wish to get more in tune with Mother Earth, you may assist with gardening or lawn care. Put your hands in the rich soil and step lovingly with bare feet on Earth Gaia, feel her presence and soak it up. Walks on the beach, in the forest or to Mt. Tam can be arranged. Tonight you are again cradled in the loving arms of The Goddess, her hands caress you as you receive a one hour Sensual Massage. You open up more fully, like a flower receiving the sun.
Day Four: Today begins with an hour or two of Red Tantra teaching. It is about communication and intimacy. During your stay we will surely put those communication skills to use. Add on a White Tantra session and you can go on to higher forms of massage, the one and one half hour Tantrik Massage (for men) or The Do (for women).You may chose to add this session when you are ready to test your technique. It will leave you floating in a sea of bliss.
Day Five: The releasing process is complete on a physical level but will continue to work on a subtle level for up to two weeks. Now the rebuilding process is initiated. You will learn how to use Ritual to focus your new found energies into a more positive future as you Set Your Intent. During The Ritual Session you may speak intimately with God/Goddess energy, the animal allies, The Elementals, or your own Guardians; as channeled by Ariel Isis. You will understand the reality of The Unseen Forces. Tonight is a continuation of Ritual Celebration. Together you and Ariel decide how to celebrate. Perhaps that involves fine dining, a movie, dancing or some local cultural event. Remember that at any time you can add on yet another relaxing massage.
Day Six: Today you may choose a fine dining experience, lunch at one of the local gourmet restaurants. But don't eat too much because later in the day you will be given your "just desserts", as the process of Wholistic Sexual Healing and Teaching is celebrated through the two hour E-Sensual Experience Journey. Relax and enjoy, you've earned it. Guess what? It includes a massage!
Day Seven: We pray that the weather is as wonderful as it usually is because today we take an excursion to one of Ariel's personal Power Spots. At this Sacred and secluded place you will be Ceremonially Rebirthed, rebaptized and given your new "Name of Power". Meditate, swim, sun, explore, relax and lunch where the Elementals gather and the Forces are immense. This concludes your Rejuvenation process. Your life has been altered Forever. If it's time to return to "The Madlands" you go now, guided and protected in the ever present loving arms of The Goddess. A "Melting Hug" will ease the pain of separation and help you on your way.
