The following information will explain my technique and the process of Wholistic Sexual Healing and Teaching which I call "WHOLISTICS". My focus and intent is that of uniting body, mind, spirit and emotions. Each of the initial five sessions in the process specifically addresses one of these aspects. The work is cumulative so that each successive session adds to the previous sessions. At the completion of the process an integration has occurred. I guide the client through the process acting as counselor, therapist, spiritual advisor, channel, Tantra teacher, masseuse, healing facilitator and support system. I am not a sexual surrogate. I encourage open communication with the spouse or partner (if applicable). If you live in another area (I am in Northern California) you may choose to come for a week long retreat. There are four to choose from: Relaxation, Tantra, Spiritual or Healing.

My clientele range in age from 18 to 84, both men and women, married and unmarried, all races and socio-economic categories. The "opportunities" I have had to assist in healing are on many various levels. Areas that I have successfully dealt with are: physiological dysfunction (correcting impotency & frigidity), trauma (death, divorce and abuse), fears of abnormality, lacking self-confidence and performance pressure, sexual deviancy, relationship issues as well as, genuine curiosity and the desire to re-educate oneself (creating a better more fulfilling sexual life). Spiritual growth is an important healing tool.

The following contains specific information on the various sessions available. For certain levels I do request pre-requisite sessions. The process of WHOLISTICS can be a life altering experience. IF IT IS TIME FOR YOU TO ADDRESS YOUR HEALING, I WELCOME AND ENCOURAGE YOUR CALL REQUESTING A SPECIFIC APPOINTMENT TIME. My working hours are between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m daily. However, the initial session is sometimes three hours in length so the earlier in the day the better.

All of the sessions take place in my office located in San Rafael, Marin County, North of San Francisco on Interstate 101. However; if you would like to sponser me for a workshop or private sessions in your vacinity, please see "The Traveling Goddess" located in the Workshop section . Sexual Healing (and/or instruction) is a gift you can give to yourself whether in Marin or wherever you may live. All 5 initial sessions are not always required when dealing with a specific issue and yet are recommended to bring an individual to a state of completion with the process. SESSION 1 -- Focus: MENTAL/INTELLECTUAL

Mental Clarity: in this session we delve deep into the mind. You have full reign to express openly your perspective on healing (especially sexuality). All thoughts and expressions are valid as long as they come from a place of honesty and sincerity. My perspective is acceptence and non-judgement. You are encouraged to express your history in depth, inquiries, dreams, hopes, and desires. You will receive training on how the mind works and specific techniques to gain yourown fulfillment. 3 hours

SESSION 2 -- Focus: EMOTIONAL

Emotional Release Work: A therapeutic process developed over the course of 30 years by Roger LaChance and taught to certified "release workers". We will be working with the deep subconscious getting in touch with core issues which create negative patterns in your life. SESSION 3 -- Focus: SPIRITUAL

Ritual Work: With more than ten years practice in Native American and Celtic spirituality "The Goddess" will guide you through explanation and training, experiencing a custom made ceremony to draw in the unseen forces. TANTRA:

What is it? Tantra (soft 'a', as in "mantra") is an ancient teaching (2,000 to 5,000 years old) originating in India and Tibet. In China it is called Taoism (pronounced "dow-ism"). The premise behind these teachings is that of moving and expanding the sexual energies throughout the body, enabling a man to become multi-orgasmic and allowing his partner to reach her maximum sexual potential also. The key to successful Tantra is the combining of the sexual and spiritual energies to elevate conscious awareness.

Tantra can be a small aspect of one's life or an all encompassing way of life. One can choose to study only one session or many sessions over the course of a short time or many years. Many of the sessions I teach are pure Tantrik in orientation while others are less specifically involved in the philosophy but still Tantrik in flavor. For those interested in learning Tantra I advise "It will be a TEEM effort." What that stands for is Time, Energy, Effort and Motivation. Of all of these factors Motivation is the most important. There will be a single moment when you will take the first step to SACRED SEXUALITY and if you are reading this now, perhaps it is this moment for you.

SESSION 4 -- Focus: PHYSICAL

White Tantra Teachings : The analogy I like to give is this: It's like learning how to fish as opposed to having someone give you a fish. In this case the fish might be akin to having a "Sensual Full Body Massage", enjoyable in the moment but you haven't learned anything that will change your life. Learning Tantra is like learning to fish, it is a skill to last a life time. It will change your life as you become master of your own sexual destiny. In this session you will learn various Tantric exercises enabling you to improve both your mental and physical health. Exercises include relaxation exercises, energizing exercises, exercises to strengthen the sexual muscles, and to improve mental focus, clarity and control. These are the building blocks of Tantra. A special technique to enhance your sexual practice. No nudity is involved at the beginning levels of teaching.*3 hours

SESSION 5

Red Tantra Teachings: I like to call this "LOVEWORKS", because love certainly does work. The better we get at it, the better we feel. In this session you will learn skills to improve all phases of relationship (communication, intimacy and trust). Sensuality is a key and being able to give and receive. *(For an additional $25 per hour your spouse/partner may join you for the ritual or Tantra sessions.) 1 1/2-2 hours

SESSION 6

Tibetian Pulse Tantra: In this session we concentrate specifically on the pelvic girdle doing exercises to stretch and loosen the area. We activate the energy, learning how to move and share it. Massage Technique: Mastering the Sensual Experience
(*Prerequisite: The Sensual Experience)

SESSION 1: MASSAGE TECHNIQUE

In this session you will first view a video on massage technique and then discuss the different strokes and methods of touch. With your instructor you will learn to give a facile massage and also a foot massage.

SESSION 2: VISUALIZATION

You will first be taken on a wonderful journey of the mind. You will learn how visualization works and how to use it effectively. You will create your own journey and share it with your instructor.

SESSION 3: AROMATHERAPY AND SENSUAL FEEDING & EATING

In this session you will learn about the different types of scents and how they can influence energy. Scent is a large part of the enjoyment of food. Explore Tantric dining and food sensitivity.

SESSION 4 CREATING SENSUAL AMBIENCE AND SOUND HEALING

What is it about a room that makes us feel warm and welcome, cozy or romantic? This session addresses the feel of color, light and beauty. You will learn about the ancient techniques of sound healing and how to use them to create relaxation, set a mood or increase energy.

SESSION 5 HANDS ON TRAINING

In this session you will work together with your instructor to give a friend the sensual experience. You will be taking them on a visualization journey, using aromatherapy to open and stimulate the chakras, assisting with the tactile, taste and sound stimulation.

SESSION 6 GRADUATION

Unassisted you will give The Sensual Experience to your instructor or partner. Post-session includes a written and verbal critique and course completion certificate.

Day One: You arrive to welcoming open arms. Mother Earth is a great healer unto herself, take time to appreciate her. As you gaze upon her beauty from the sky and later up close you see that indeed she is a woman who will love and nurture you. She asks little and gives so much in return and that is why she is much loved. After your arrival and a trip to one of the local food stores (health, specialty or regular Safeway) for your favorite foods, you settle in at The Temple Home or chose to stay at a local hotel. You begin your stay and your healing journey with a tour of the grounds. Take your shoes off and follow the Goddess as she introduces you to some native plants. Feel that lush grass underneath your feet, feel deeper the heartbeat of the Mother, she who supports you. She births gifts from within herself in the form of crystals and gemstones. Day One: Your arrival is a joyous occasion, breathe deeply of the clean fresh air. Ariel will meet you at the airport with a warm and open Tantrik hug. After a stop at one of the food markets (choose from Whole Foods, United, Mollie Stones or Safeway) for your favorite healthy foods, you arrive at The Temple Home, a comfortable and beautiful place. Perhaps lunch or a nap is a good way to begin. After you are rested we commence with a one hour Consultation in order to become better acquainted. Before bed time you will experience a wonderful Therapeutic Massage to help you relax and get "grounded" in The Temple.

Day Two: Your teaching begins in earnest today with an introduction to the ancient art of Tantra. Learn sexuality from a whole new perspective of consciousness. The WhiteTantra Teaching Session is a full three hour experience. An hour introduction of technique is followed by 7 very specific exercises which assist you to experience the flow of subtle energies within your body. Each exercise flows naturally into the next. At the end of the three hours you will have a firm grasp of the building blocks, a new foundation on which to build. Later in the day you will practice the last exercise on your own. This is an opportunity to learn to love and nurture yourself and a pre-requisite to your Tantrik Massage. In the evenings feel free to access the library of Tantrik books at The Temple to better immerse yourself in your practice.

Day Three: Today you have an opportunity to put yesterday's training into practice as you experience a one hour Sensual Massage. If you choose to upgrade to the two hour E-Sensual Experience Journey you may pay the difference ($80) and have a richer fuller opportunity, one that is more delicious and multi-faceted. Sensuality is a prime factor in Tantra, one which you won't want to miss. Day Four: Today we continue on with another aspect of Tantra as we explore a Red Tantra Teaching Session. In this two hour session you will learn communication skills, intimacy skills and how to share energy. This is a session of partnership, learning the ebb and flow, the yin and yang of Tantra. Day Six: Tantrik Massage is on the menu for today. In this hour and a half session you have another chance to test your skills and also a longer time in which to do it. Day Seven: It's time for the Big Bang! This is your final day with the Goddess (maybe) and your final day of training so get ready to fly. Taoist Erotic Massage is the ultimate experience for working with your Tantrik skills; microscopic circuit, valley breathing and energy recirculation. Every morning there will be time for discussing your dreams and visions. Before turning in experience a Therapeutic Massage to soothe away your travel fatigue and get you relaxed and ready for the Dreamtime.

Day Two: This morning try some simple stretches, a Yoga Session is good for the soul. Later today you will learn some basic Meditation Techniques to help you center and go deeper within your own inner space. Through a Guided Meditation you will meet your own guide and glean the wisdom of soul truth. Spend the rest of the day still and quiet, perhaps taking the vow of silence. Find the peace that is always there. Nurture it so it may nurture you. Walk on the Earth, smell the fragrance of tropical blooms, feast on the visions of mountains and ocean, forest and fields. Make meditation and yoga a part of each and every day. Pick vegetables from the organic garden and eat them RAW.

Day Three: Gaia has birthed gifts from within herself in the form of crystals and gemstones, as well as sand and granite. An Introduction to Gemstone Therapy and a Gemstone Prescription will give you a far greater appreciation of the mission of mineral helpers. Perhaps you'll decide to invest in a strand to assist you on your path. Under the open sky with the warmth of the sun beaming down a Gemstone Therapy Session will unwind the physical body allowing the spiritual body room to grow and expand in this nurturing environment.

Day Four: Now is the time to Set Your Intent for a positive unfolding. You will learn how to use Ritual to guide your life now and in the future. During The Ritual Session you may speak intimately with God/Goddess energy, the animal allies, The Elementals, or your own Guardians; as channeled by Ariel Isis. You will understand the reality of The Unseen Forces. Once learned Ritual and ceremony can become an ever present force in your life. Tonight is a continuation of Ritual Celebration. Together you and Ariel decide how to celebrate. Perhaps that involves fine dining, a movie, dancing or some local cultural event. Ritual is always fun!

Day Five: Today is a day of connecting with intuition and using psychic tools. Ariel will use Numerology to give you a better understanding of the sacred numbers and how they apply to your life path. Choose from a Tarot Reading that will give guidance on any questions you may have or a Channeling Session which brings in more information from your guides. You may wish to try any of these forms to enhance your own physic awareness. Let the cards tell you where you can get your best meal on Maui or if you should buy any souvenirs!

Day Six: Remember to start every day with Dream sharing, Yoga and Meditation. Around noon you may chose a fine dining experience, lunch at one of the local health food restaurants. Or simply go out and pick a salad from the organic garden. Remember to Bless your food thereby energizing it with Spirit. Don't forget to thank yourself for giving you this opportunity to learn, grow and have fun. Bask in the radiance of Spirit while you take a sun bath.

Day Seven: Today is an opportunity to allow Mother Earth to work with you on a more intimate level. Ariel will take you to a Sacred Spot one of the pure and pristine power places of Marin. Walk in silence and hear the whispers in the wind, smell sweet aromas that remind you of other lives, pluck and taste fruits abundant from the giving trees, wade, swim or bathe in mirrored pools, or sense the vast power of Mt. Tam. Be in touch with the elementals, divas, faery folk and your own guides as you are warmed in the sun, kissed by the breeze, cleansed in the water, strong and centered on the Earth. Thank Gaia to be alive! Celebrate Pesophone, Aphrodite and Adonis. The Rebirthing Ritual will leave no doubt in your mind, you are one with All That Is. The total price for this Week of Transformation would be $1,745 if paid in single sessions. The Goddess offers the entire week for the magical sum of $1,111 which is a savings of $634 when you pre-pay 50% at least one month in advance of your arrival. This 50% deposit is your reservation and is non-refundable. Visa, Master Card, cash, bank checks or money orders are gladly accepted. You may add additional sessions (time permitting) at the regular session cost. The price of staying at the Temple is $50 per night. If you choose to extend your stay (space permitting) your weekly rate is $490, a discount of $70 over the regular price. You also save on car rental and gas ($150) or may chose to rent a car to go off on your own private excursions.
